Tier A
- ''older adults''
- ''biology of ageing/aging''
- PMID 33977284 — ''Targeting the biology of ageing with mTOR inhibitors to improve immune function in older adults: phase 2b and phase 3 randomised trials.''
- PMID 29408453 — ''A randomized control trial to establish the feasibility and safety of rapamycin treatment in an older human cohort: Immunological, physical performance, and cognitive effects.''
Tier B
- neurodegenerative / age-related degeneration / atrophy / progression
- biomarker longitudinal analysis
- PMID 35040506 — 多系统萎缩(fatal neurodegenerative disease),并且有 ''1-Year Biomarker Longitudinal Analysis'';web 检索摘要指出 blood NfL 和 whole brain volume 的变化与 UMSARS progression 相关。
- PMID 25525171 — geographic atrophy(年龄相关黄斑变性邻近表型)
Tier C
- disease-specific safety / feasibility / proof-of-concept
- PMID 22367193 — temsirolimus
- PMID 18037627 — rheumatoid arthritis proof-of-concept
- PMID 27613521 — tuberous sclerosis
- PMID 29992557 — metastatic breast cancer
- PMID 24618547 — severe pulmonary hypertension
- PMID 22115710 — diabetic macular edema
- 题名含 aging / older adults / immune function / physical performance / cognitive effects → Tier A
Tier C
