PMC 参考文献下钻适合做“候选抽取”，不适合自动制造 follow-up

当目标是从一篇论文的 PMC 全文/参考文献中寻找独立原始 follow-up 时，可以先把参考文献中的 IL-11 相关条目全部抽出来，再用 PubMed publication type 复核它们是否为 Journal Article 原始研究。这样能快速排除评论/综述和主题相邻但不构成 follow-up 的条目。

实操上的判断

在 PMID 39020175 的参考文献里，像 IL-11 is a crucial determinant of cardiovascular fibrosis、Redefining IL11 as a regeneration-limiting hepatotoxin...、Targeting endogenous kidney regeneration using anti-IL11 therapy... 这类条目虽然与 IL-11 强相关，但它们更像主题延伸或并列原始研究，而不是由引用链自然长出的独立后续 follow-up。
