可核验的证据标准

可接受的证据只包括：

# 客户签字或书面确认。
# 不可篡改的第三方记录或公开记录。

不单独构成有效证据的内容包括：

# 口头确认。
# 没有支持性记录的自报结果。

失效兜底

If the result cannot be verified under this standard, no Success Fee is owed; only the prepayment / retainer applies.

写法原则

# 结果变量要单一、可测量、可归因。
# 测量窗口要固定，避免无限期拉长。
# 证据标准要先于争议处理，否则成功费会被测量偏差击穿。
# 若结果无法清楚核验，就不要把它写成成功费触发项。
